Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is a powerful yoga that includes breath work, chanting (mantras), sequences of postures (called kriyas), meditation, and relaxation.

The goal of all types of yoga is to awaken you to your highest potential, to raise your consciousness. Kundalini Yoga scientifically focuses on the glands, nervous system, and meridians to help you connect with your highest self in a powerful, efficient, and highly effective way. It is said that it takes 20 years of work in other yogic traditions to accomplish what can be done in 1 year of Kundalini.

Kundalini Yoga utilizes every possible technology to maximize awakening and connection. When you are in alignment with who you really are, conflicts, addictions, and difficulties of every kind are more easily resolved and life begins to flow with more ease and joy.

Yogi Bhajan said, “The Kundalini that is going to be uncoiled in you is already in you and part of you. It is an unlimited power that is the essence of your consciousness. It is going to uncoil in you. Your system is already built to contain the energy of Kundalini. It is a normal capacity that you simply are not utilizing.” Kundalini is a system to allow your innate power and radiance to be fully realized.
